A traditional product with a unique taste is a must for the Mediterranean Diet served for breakfast, in salads, during meals or with a glass of wine and cheese. The green olives are carefully handpicked early in October and following our Cyprus tradition, they are crushed so that all juices are released from the olive. The product comes with a bag of coriander herb on the side. Add to the olives the coriander, lemon juice, lemon slices and 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic.
